One effective technique to overcome mental roadblocks and reveal new perspectives is the Reframing Matrix . This technique, developed by Michael Morgan in his book Creating Workforce Innovation (1993), persuades teams to examine challenges from different angles and perspectives, promoting breakthrough ideas.
